01 — Discovery
A conversation, a walkthrough, and an honest estimate.
We start with an on-site visit to understand the scope, constraints, and what you actually want the space to feel like when we're done. You leave with a ballpark and a clear idea of what comes next — no pressure to sign anything.
2–3 days02 — Design & Budget
Plans, selections, and a fixed number before we lift a hammer.
Our design partners draft plans, we spec every material with you, and we lock the full budget before the first demolition day. Change orders are rare because the decisions are already made.
3–6 weeks03 — Build
One crew on site, every day, until the job is done.
Our lead carpenter is your point of contact from demo to final trim. We don't juggle your project against three others. You get weekly updates, photos, and a live schedule you can actually trust.
8–24 weeks04 — Handoff
Walkthrough, punch list, and a warranty you can hold us to.
We finish strong. A final walkthrough with every detail inspected, a full punch-list completed before we hand over the keys, and a one-year workmanship warranty in writing.
